The rest of us know that a lot of upright garmet steamers can & do cost $150-$400! so, let me tell you why I like this particular steamer. #1: It relatively easy to set up. The very first order, I received a machine that simply did not work. Having to repackage and return it was hassle enough, but I went ahead and ordered another. The second machine did work as promised, but the on/off switch has been wonky from day one. Now it seems that I will be returning this second machine as the on/off switch has given up the ghost altogether. What a hassle! Another reviewer tried using the cloth cover; that sounds like a good idea. I think I need to use vinegar to clean it to see if it helps.
