The phone works great and I didn't realize that it was not unlocked. It may be my mistake but I could not find any where in the description it was mentioned that the charger and headphone is not included. Later when I questioned the seller, he sent me a description where it was mentioned that the phone doesnot include those. I was dissapointed but could not have a lot to do about it. If you are planing to buy any thing from this buyer, please be very careful in reading between the lines. It finally got here 2 days before Christmas, and then NOT EVEN a month after I got it the phone died and cant be fixed. I think I should at least get a partial refund. I spend my hard earned money to buy an expensive gift for my son and now NOTHING. Definately not satisfied.
